The depressive symptoms using alcohol to self-medication - to reduce depressive symptoms, relax, and get a better perspective and outlook on life and escape. Many times, drinkers can not even remotely understand that depression is the current, but to a certain extent, does not acknowledge that he or she felt better, at least in the short term, and the use of alcohol. Ironically, the alcohol is a central nervous system inhibitor, so it actually worsen the depression.

Alcohol also interferes with your sleep mode, in a negative way, and when alcohol dissipated, and alcohol could have ended a deeper depression, now accompanied by anxiety, irritability, fatigue. So repulsed depression with alcohol may become a continuous cycle. Depression, alcoholism and in a deeper depression, drinking.

It has been proved that alcohol can cause depression, and, therefore, any person who does not have depression, the first can, in fact, the development of a depression problem, as if any of the normal end of the drinking water, and ultimately turn into full blown substance abuse or alcohol abuse etc..
